Essential Job Functions:
- Be the first line of support for end users
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Perform escalations when necessary to vendors or internal departments
- Maintain and support enterprise resources, including: laptops, servers, monitors, and other office equipment
- Analyzes hardware, software, and network problems using diagnostic tools, knowledge base, and troubleshooting procedures
- Assist in the management of Syteline ERP software and coordinates with software vendors
Education / Experience:
- 2+ Years of IT support experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relative field experience
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (A Plus, Network plus, MTA, MCSA certifications desired)
- Experience with VMware and Hyper V, Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Extensive experience on Office 365
- Syteline ERP experience strongly preferred
- Spanish Language proficiency would be a plus but not required
