Join Our Team - IT Support

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Be the first line of support for end users
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Perform escalations when necessary to vendors or internal departments
  • Maintain and support enterprise resources, including: laptops, servers, monitors, and other office equipment
  • Analyzes hardware, software, and network problems using diagnostic tools, knowledge base, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Assist in the management of Syteline ERP software and coordinates with software vendors

Education / Experience:

  • 2+ Years of IT support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relative field experience
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (A Plus, Network plus, MTA, MCSA certifications desired)
  • Experience with VMware and Hyper V, Active Directory and Windows Servers
  • Extensive experience on Office 365
  • Syteline ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Spanish Language proficiency would be a plus but not required
