Quotations Specialist CFI/FLOCON Pressure  Control Equipment


  • High School or higher education or equivalent work experience commensurate with job requirements

  • Working knowledge preferred but not limited to API 6A product which includes Wellheads, Gate Valves and components also 16A Blow Out Prevents, 16C Manifolds


  • Previous quotation experience with API 6A Wellhead and Valves
  • Previous quotation experience with API 16A BOP equipment
  • Previous quotation experience dealing with international companies
  • Previous sale, assembly, testing and/or service experience with API 6A and 16A equipment
  • Employment by another Oil and Gas Equipment manufacturer/distributor


  • Primary Responsibility for producing customer quotations, entering sales orders, maintaining and filing associated records, receiving customer phone calls and returning same, determining cost data  and assisting in developing the quotations/pricing strategy for the company.
  • Undertake and compete other task as assigned by management. 
  • Duties also include, direct involvement and assistance in development and improvement in quotations procedures, systems, techniques, etc. to help improve the overall quotations process. 
  • Assist other departments and outside salesmen as required in the pursuit of business for the company and other related task, as may be required by the company.  
  • The Quotations Specialist is responsible for maintaining good communications, between all CFI personnel and our customers and foreign agents, in order to achieve maximum efficiency for the company and customer satisfaction. 

This position will be an active participant in assisting the company and its personnel to achieve the operational goals and standards, and in achieving and maintaining business growth and profitability for CFI.


Gage Lab Technician

  • Looking for a Gage Lab Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have the ability to understand geometry, measure correctly with calipers, height gages and proprietary equipment.
  • Requires a strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping to include a proficient knowledge of Excel formatting data entry and reporting features.
  • Must be a self- starter, able to think on your feet and be a problem solver.
  • Start immediately.
  • Gage Lab Technician with some experience in calibration.
  • Knowledge of measuring and test equipment (how to use and how to calibrate)
  • Requires a strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Must be a self- starter, able to think on your feet and be a problem solver.
  • Perform Receiving Inspection Duties for incoming raw material, product, and outside services.

 Knowledge of Gauge Maker Software is a plus, however, not a requirement.



IT Support

Essential Job Functions:

  • Be the first line of support for end users
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Perform escalations when necessary to vendors or internal departments.
  • Maintain and support enterprise resources, including: laptops, servers, monitors, and other office equipment.
  • Analyzes hardware, software, and network problems using diagnostic tools, knowledge base, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Assist in the management of Syteline ERP software and coordinates with software vendors

Education / Experience:

  • 2+ Years of IT support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relative field experience
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (A Plus, Network plus, MTA, MCSA certifications desired)
  • Experience with VMware and Hyper V, Active Directory and Windows Servers
  • Extensive experience on Office 365
  • Syteline ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Spanish Language proficiency would be a plus but not required



Valve Product Line Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and coordinating processes for Valve product design and development to comply with customer requirements and established industry and company standards.

Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Comply with, all safety, health, environmental and quality Management System requirements, policies, and procedures relevant to the position.
  •  Manage project schedules. Ensure costs and schedules are met.
  •  Interpret customer requirements and apply industry and company standards to provide product design and documentation.
  •  Develop or review designs, drawings, specifications, etc. of existing or new products. Ensure that assignments meet standards and performance requirements within area of expertise.
  •  Ensure quality control of designs, drawings, and technical documents are prepared and filed for compliance with applicable industry and company standards.
  •  Consult with other departments on equipment designs and questions. Assist and respond to NCR’s, and ECN’s. Anticipate potential problems and proactively solve complex problems through creative thinking, using internal and external resources.
  •  Assist in the investigation of field failures with process or system procedures; evaluate root cause; recommend corrective action.
  •  Write specification and proceedures as required.
  •  Promote and assist in the continuous improvement of products and services.
  •  Training for sales and service personnel concerning technical matters, compliance to industry standards and Control Flow, Inc. equipment features and use.
  •  Review industry literature and keep abreast of market trends and technology. Identify and recommend opportunities for business development.

Education, Training, Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field) from a four year ABET Accredited college or university and four to six  years of valve related experience; or eight years of valve related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of Drafting Techniques and Geometric Tolerance; ASME BPVC API Product Requirements; Basic Stress Analysis; Corrective Action & Field Complaint Investigations; Finite Element Analysis; Planning and Project Execution; Product Design; Technical Writing; and Value Engineering.
  • Skilled in Inventor CAD Software or equivalent
